Model US-60B Ultrasonic Clamshell Sealer

The US-60B is an ultrasonic crimp sealer for clamshell packages.
It is very easy to use and no special skills are required. Simply squeeze the handle to seal. As the handle is squeezed, the upper portion of the jaw vibrates at 60Khz and sucsessfully welds the plastic material with consistent sealing quality. Since the sealing is made by the ultrasonic energy, the sealing jaws do not reach the temperature of the plastic preventing accidental burns.

This high qualiy industial sealer is designed with an automatic timer to produce perfect identical seals everytime, and the heating lamp lets the operator know when the sealing is complete.
